Aside from Middle East hot spots, the entire continent of Africa seems to be chock full of civil wars, diseases and animals that want to eat you.

Colombia, South Africa, Jamaica, Venezuela, Russia.

Though Russia is ok if you stfu and stick to yourself. Ohh and having some money helps :)
