Legal if users are uploading those photos and they have no knowledge of it. But we both know the site is brand new and those profiles are pre-populated by the company. We also have seen a nice lawsuit in the past week against Classmates.com for a site advertising fake profiles.

Defend them if you think they make you money or whatever, but there is no denying that they are crooks.

I love how some of the "user submitted" videos still have the site watermarks on them.

Yes that is biggest problem,people simply dont care what's happening.Or for example people not complain at all as longest their revenue is ok.

however the fact that it pre-populated by the company does not mean it was not user submitted
they could have easily bought a database of users from another company to start off with so they were not launching a site with no profiles to start.
