Try finding the time to post a reply on a message board when you're counting money all day.

Soooo many Katesplayground pics on there.

Why doesn't someone just write a script that rips dating sites. You'll make a little money and give them a taste of their own medicine in the process.

I don't support theft, but if all the dating sites got ripped and put on-line for free I would get a chuckle out of it.

If you pay attention to that guys posts, you'd see that he supports theft and shady acts... Basically he's one of the "Bros"...

while everyone's arguing about who the biggest asshole is... they are still raking in the bucks and absolutely nothing is going to change because porn webmasters really are the perfect victims.

why would they comment? clearly they don't need to.

it sucks for people to have their work stolen... but what guess what? its simple cost vs benefit... and in porn, theft has always paid major dividends. don't blame them for playing a game they didn't create. is it ok to steal? no. but if you knew full well that you could walk up to an armored truck and take out a bag with $2,000,000.00 with ZERO negative consequences, you can't blame people for doing that... and you certainly can't expect people to NOT do it

:2 cents:

Good for them. I've also started stealing content. To hell with paying for it when I can just steal it, run some contests on the boards and give a high PPS. It's gravy.

PornNewz 11-24-2008 06:28 PM

Fiddy thieves

scouser 11-24-2008 06:37 PM

Are you stealing brazzers content and making a dating site with it? That would be pretty awesome! :thumbsup

however the fact that it pre-populated by the company does not mean it was not user submitted
they could have easily bought a database of users from another company to start off with so they were not launching a site with no profiles to start.

Then the content is not protected by DMCA.

I don't know about that. I think just about all of us could find something in our life we could steal without getting caught. We don't all do that. I don't think if rape was legal we'd all go out raping people and not blaming rapists for their actions. There is still some moral conscious for some people when it comes to stealing from others.

I'm not as up in arms about it because there will always be people who are not capable of succeeding in this world without breaking laws or ripping off/stealing from others.

Very true. This business makes you cynical but most people are good and honest. Unfortunately, that's the same reason they live paycheck to paycheck. An honest person with no talent usually doesn't do very well while a dishonest person with no talent can usually scam his way to success. Look no further than GFY to see proof of that.

Wow this is like the millionth bad thread about brazzers

Dave Foster 11-25-2008 08:19 AM

Why don't you guys start whinning about youtube?

You're all talking about stolen content yet I'm sure 99% of you go
to youtube daily and watch "stolen"!! videos... hahaha

Btw, I work with the sexinyourcity crew and those pornstar
profiles are created by camgirls that try to signup SIYC members
to their cam site.. they try to get rid of them, to each their
problems, but when we receive a complaint we delete the fake
profile and keep on running good business...

Now for what it matters, the site is doing great, hit me up if
you have spots for sale, I'll hook up sexinyourcity in there and
I'm sure it will do just as good as all the other spots where they are.

Thank you , have a nice day :thumbsup

d-null 11-26-2008 12:58 PM

youtube is not about ripping entire tv shows and movies

the adult industry on the internet as we know it is strongly dependent on the selling of video content to the customers, and tube sites that knowingly are giving away for free, video content that they know is stolen are damaging the businesses of many people

spunky99 11-26-2008 01:09 PM

yeah.. kate signed up multiple accounts to promote her site?? are you really serious?

And all this sponsored well by cam sites and programs such as brazzers. It gives an appetite and legit way to expand the stealing more.

Affiliates, as a major suffers, should unite and drop promoting all involved programs no matter what PPS is offered, its all shaved anyway, otherwise everyone will keep loosing traffic.

It will never happen.. Too many low life's in this industry. It's all about today and fuck tomorrow with the "I gotta get mine!" mentality. In all honesty, being legit in this biz doesn't seem to pay off as well as if your just fuck everyone over. No one seems to care anyway, the only ones that ever get called out are the little scammers.. The guys at the top that scam us just buy everyone drinks and continue to party on.

V_RocKs 11-26-2008 01:29 PM

Perhaps start a tube with their content exclusively and when they sue you, have your lawyer and PI suggest that you were using their business practices to put it in court papers just what those practices are... then others can refer to them in their own cases.

sell stupid someplace else - cam girls have their own photos to use if they want to use a shady fake dating site like yours to promote themselves.

what's your email address - i want to invite you to my Brazzers content only tube site and see what you think of it.

johnnyloadproductions 11-26-2008 02:05 PM

All I know is that brazzers has one of the highest daily traffic of any adult site.

Brujah 11-26-2008 02:11 PM

Why do they always try to compare it to Youtube? Why do they always say "X is doing it too. That makes it ok." ???

There's always someone scamming, stealing, raping, killing, too. That's a dumb argument "X is doing it too."

"all you know" :1orglaugh

napster used to be the biggest music site on the net before too.... it was easy for napster to attract a huge following without having to pay for any of the content that was flowing through them

So it's okay for them to steal? What does that have to do with anything?

except if you control the content so that only their clips appear you would violate one of the conditions of the safe harbor provision and therefore be guilty of copyright infringement

but go ahead and try, it would mean your only safety net is successfully arguing the fair use right of access shifting and that right does need to be established by someone.

Fuck Brazzers, LOL.
I looked at that "dating site' or whatever, and its pathetic first of all, any respectable 'surfer' would be like HOLY SHIT get me the fuck out of here. Secondly, there are not enough stolen Ferraris ...ever notice on shows like cops they're chasing after some busted ass pontiac regal or something..kind of seems like whats happening here also. So what, they stole some busted ass played out ideas..woo hoooooo.
Try making a real community, thats not autofilled with users and content.
Brazzers blows. So does that dating site. And every other dating site.fuk em
