ok, I only have them on some older pages that get SE traffic for the keyword "webcams" and make a few signups here and there, maybe $200 to $400 monthy, but wtf?

I don't understand, is $200-$400 a month really so insignificant that a sponsor closes a long standing non-problem-causing affiliate's account? What the hell do you have to do to keep your account active? Seems like total bullshit to me. Who would want to promote a program like that?

I just started using Webcams.com. I am slowly building up my base of regular customer who spend. As always with webcams if you go into the revshare part, it is a slow start but after a few months you get a steady stream of users and maybe a whale.

They kicked me after 3 years of promoting them.. did about 50k a year with them..

Maybe it's a hoax email?

A lot of sponsors are doing this and showing their true colors. Just say "Fuck 'em" and sign up with someone who will value you as an affiliate. Also keep track of who did this to you including the names of the owners and avoid anything they touch. Make 'em pay. Make it clear that they are burning bridges for good.

I don't know. If you look around lately you will notice that a lot of sponsors have this attitude or something very close to it. It seems pretty stupid to me. I guess they think we will all be out of business soon and will not remember this sort of shit.

its real, i tried to login to my stats and it said inactive account...
i did like the advance notice that they gave me...it must have been all of 5 seconds,
they did give the opportunity to sign up for a new account with them, so at least im not on a lifelong blacklist...

I wonder what they show now if a surfer goes trough your old link? Does it says that webmasters account is inactive, and surfer cannot signup, or they just take your traffic and make money from it?

Could it be they didn't want to pay your downlines or maybe you're in someone else's downline and they don't want to pay him/her anymore?

Yepp my account is also deactivated, bunch of fuckin scammers. Yepp fuck them, their are much better sponsors out there. Ifriends also fucked me in the past when I was recruiting models for them, I say fuck you ifriends & clickcash.:321GFY

Hmm, I've made $120 from direct sales and $0.40 from referrals sales in the past 2 months... they may as well cancel my account. The good old days of easy $1k+ weeks are LONG gone.
