well, they are tools if they think thats easy compared to the avergage surfers knowledge of computers etc.

they forgot that I have VIDEO PROOF of how they steal traffic, several videos of atleast 4 different advertisers stealing from me and history server logs.

Looks like we will be going to court. The nice thing about an attorney knowing that there is a case w/ money in it that they are willign to just take a % rather than charge me by the hour.

If you're going to try insulting me, the very least you could do is do so in proper English. You know, it tends to help get the point across better.

I am willing to give credit where credit is due, but I just don't see it as being due to him. He started the 'battle' while he had Epic up for sale and was looking to bail out.

I have nothing but a world of respect for Airek due to his stance on tube sites and how he sticks to his guns on it (as far as I am aware, feel free to flame me if I am wrong). IMHO, that would be an example of where I feel credit is due.

My biggest issue is that I can't even count how many sponsors AND webmasters were openly anti-Zango but secretly using the service, either directly or through affiliates. No, I'm not going to make specific accusations since I have switched PCs since the whole Zango situation and no longer have conversations to use as examples to back it up. But I think you'd have to agree that my claim would be the reality of the situation since I don't go pointing fingers and trolling on boards.

There are a handful of companies that are still paying the yearly litigation fees, to see this thing through to the end. Lots and lots of companies dropped like flies.

We (as in VS), are still a part of that handful of companies. We continue to take on Acacia.
