Personally, if I was aff/zango - I wouldn't be afraid at all even if you had Video proof. It's not wise to comment about your own lawsuit in a public forum, if its still an ongoing case, as it can be used as evidence against you especially if your makng derrogatory remarks against the people your trying to sue, because if you fail, then YOU could be sued for defamation of character - libel and slander!
