What daily exercise do you do?
I am sure I never even would have asked this question a bit over a year ago but I suppose that is proof people change :)
What daily exercise do you do? I am doing about 40 minutes each morning on my exercise bike while I watch something (just finished watching the whole Sopranos series that way). Then every other day my pug and spaniel take me for about a 30 minute walk at their pace (ie..fairly fast) around the park. What do you do? |
An hour a day, 3 to 5 times a week. Brazillian Jiu Jitsu.

I try to go to the gym at least 3 times a week.

I also ride my bike daily. When it gets a little warmer I will be back swimming everyday along with biking.

i have just bought an AB-King Trainer to slim down my beer belly and they say that 3 minutes of trainig/day are enough.....we'll see ...

Not much right now, but because of a change in eating habits I have dropped about 10 pounds in the last 2 to 3 weeks. I am drinking about 4 times the amount of water I was.
Going to start walking in the AM, as well as bicycling again. |

Ride my bike for about 30 minutes every day, weights 3-4 times a week and about to get back to gym when my back feels better.

i've been looking to buy a pug, but haven't seen any on the classifieds...i work out 4 times a week at the gym with weights, and run once or twice a week. i also play sports maybe once a week.

35-50 mins on threadmill 3-4 times a week
as well as 45 mins of weights 3 times a week. |

I do a thing that is like a cross between a jumping jack and a squat. It feels like I am doing something and not messing with my back or dealing with excess boob bouncing. Though, it really isn't something that other people should see me do.

(Well, actually I'm confident I'm soon done with nicotine completely... and will get back to lifting weights & some cardio, as soon as a few of my projects needs less of my time :) ) |
