5 days a week: 200 push ups / day.
every other day: balance drills.
once a week: 6km run.

Winter time I go skate skiing/snowboarding/snowshoeing once or twice a week..

In the summer and spring...lots of hiking and mountain climbing.

In between that I work out on my epilitical machine and unfortunately..my appetite :1orglaugh

at least 4 days a week.. I try to keep busy.. I like morning workouts better than evening/late night.

30mins daily on walmart mountain bike 10speed attached to bike trainer during winter, or outdoors in good weather.

15mins daily on bowflex for arms, upper body.

ice skate with wife 2-3 times/week at rink.

+ careful diet.

I don't do much anymore. I play softball 3 days a week and they're always double headers, so I end up running around a lot, but nothing like I used to.

I exercise my thumb on the remote control, my fingers on the keyboard and a little arm work changing the batteries in my vibrator. I'm dedicated.
