just look at her replies in the thread about epass.... epass already has a bad name, now they have really bad board support from a board whore.
sad. epass can do better than this. even i could handle things better than her without putting the customer on the defensive and less insults and condescending attitude. |

Well - in all fairness to Tassy - she was the one who solved MY 1 month long problem & a 40 minute call of utter uselessness with phone support. Took her all but 10-15 minutes to solve & settle the issue. Tassy & KeyserSoze both get my :thumbsup :thumbsup on providing support from a distance. Trying to make good and getting the frustrations that phone support has caused or trying to fix things beyond their authority - it's not easy and they're doing a great job at it. Give credit when it's due! :2 cents:

I think the message typed by Tassy is being taken way out of context. I can think of a million terms that could be considered more insulting before the actual term "Broken English". By those comments you posted, all i see is her stating a situation and trying to resolve it as proffesionally and efficient as possible. If you start disecting every single sentence someone types on this board, then i'm sure we'd be all at eachothere's throats.
Tassy's seems like one of the nicest girls in this industry and i havent seen her drop the ball once. Keep it up girl, ur doing a great job for a great company! |
