EVERYONE who knows Tassy knows she is not condescending nor would she make fun of international customers especially since her background is Portuguese, Swedish and French. Her comment, which could be misconstrued, was in reference to her understanding someone else's writing. English is my first language and god knows I sometimes write in broken English and half of the people on this board do as well.

You have to give it to Tassy though for holding it together mate, It's not easy stepping into a company rep position when the company already has a poor reputation in some circles. I'd hate to think the dozen times I've made a mistake or said something off color that the ICQ conversation would wind up on a forum calling me a shitty sales rep or employee. There's always a learning curve. |
Halcyon = tASSy's knight in shinning armor. He rides a white horse and can assimilate a sentence just like tASSy can. That's more that most of us can do it seems.
Think the nature of the job is going to draw some heat from users. tASSy is not going to change Epassporte rules and TOS. She is obliged to follow the company line.
