I don't GO to the gym, but work out at home 5 day a week! It keeps me sane as well, and burns off any hostility or negative energy I have inside!

:thumbsup

I just have to tell ya, as many of you know I am a big guy, and I'm gay and I have a partner, who just so happens to like big hairy guys. I fit the profile so I have no insentive to go to the gym. Don't get me wrong I don't let myself go and end up 400 or 500 pounds. LOL. but I do keep a nice plus size and carry it well.

kmanrox 05-24-2006 10:30 AM

I see the BJJ bug has caught you in it's grips. :)

I remember years ago we had a convo about kickboxing vs BJJ...

SetTheWorldonFire 05-24-2006 10:37 AM

every other day :thumbsup

Pornwolf 05-24-2006 10:39 AM

I hit the weights 6 days a week. Add in some spinning & lots of swimming. I have the knees of a 45 year old and I'm barely in my 30's. I'm not doing too much running now a days.

yeah I train hard with a very good friend of mine, Sydney Machado. He finished second in the Mundials for his weight class in 2004.

I still contend there's something to be said for strikers. Would you step in the ring with Cro Cop? :winkwink:

Mr. Romance 05-24-2006 10:41 AM

Well with little time i do what i can, walk stairs in my office and condo, push ups and sit ups and go atleast 2 times to the gym....not enough but as i get older something is better than nothing..

Mr. Romance

LittleSassy 05-24-2006 10:56 AM

teg0 05-24-2006 11:00 AM

2 mile run everday. My body is started to get used to it. I need to switch it up.

loverboy 05-24-2006 11:00 AM

used to in college, im slowly picking up the phase

:smokin

Babagirls 05-24-2006 11:02 AM

i workout but fuck the gym. I workout at home. 1-2 times a day doing a 30 min interval fat burning workout. Tones, burns fat and a shitload more calories than an elliptical can do. and the dvd was only $10.

Bro, I'm a hobbyist, so that's a no with Crocop. But for Crocop to have stepped into a MMA ring, he learned, BJJ. :):):)

Congrats to S. Machado! He better place high with that last name. :)

Don't you worry about the adverse health effects of carrying that much extra weight?

He carries it very well and it like 6 foot 30 LMAO Seriously, he's more husky/robust than 'fat/flabby' and it suits him well.
