2.5 miles on recumbant bike - 10mph, pulse rate of 130 or 250 crunches 500 leg lifts (combo of side, back, inner & front) 100 toe raises 100 bicep curls w/ 4lb. weight 100 tricep curls w/ 4lb. weight 100 lateral raises w/ 2lb. weight |

I do kickboxing for 90 mins twice a week, walk the dog almost every day, and I just joined a hiking group since none of my friends are into climbing hills and tromping through forests.

i used to, i was a fan of weights but with years i got bored of that, right now i go swimming and running but would be good to get back to the cardio kickboxing course ;-)

i am starting every month. Jogging for 2 weeks, become thinner and give up. Eat cakes with tea or coffey and then start again :)

I workout 6 times a week and do 2 dance classes a week. Keeps me from sleeping all day
