My son attends a school that is close to 90% mexican and they have none of these things. Perhaps this has more to do with your neighborhood than with children of Mexican descent.

It's Bush's fault? Last time I checked there were about 11 million mexicans here illegally. Do you know how much that is costing us in health care, free school meals, ect? The thing that bothers me about it is that there are families who have been here for genereations.... who have paid taxes, social security, medicare, ect FOR GENERATIONS, who can't get good medical coverage. I think it is ludacris that anyone can think an illegal immigrant deserves medical coverage, welfare, free meals, ect. in a country that they have never paid taxes in.

There are thousands of Americans who have worked their whole lives paying into social security and medicare who can't get proper medical coverage because the budgets are exhausted. I'm not saying the budgets are exhausted solely because of illegals, but it is a big portion.

Something has to be done. I am no racist by any means; I just don't apprecite free loaders and people who are benefitting off my tax dollar who have never paid a dime in taxes and never plan to.

No, they aren't actually.

The Denver area is booming with growth. The majority of the home builders here use Mexicans who are here illegally as workers because they work cheap and not many other people here will do that work. Many of the resorts in the mountains (Even Aspen & Vail where all the rich people go) use illegals to work, prepare food, ect.

A program needs to be put into place that all employers must withhold taxes from the workers wages. Illegal or not, this would at least allow the government some sort of revenue off of these illegals. They would most likely never file income tax, but at least the government would have some revenue from their wages to cover medicade.

Like I said, I'm no racist. But, if you are going to come enjoy all of the freedoms, benefits, jobs, ect. that our country has to offer.... PAY FOR IT!
