I know there are a few people here who do but I'm not included in that group so I thought I would ask if you do support him why? I don't want to fight or anything I just would like an explanation of why.

I support the Office of the President of the United States - doesn't matter who currently holds that position.

I may not agree with all of the positions/ideas the President may have but I do support them

People forget (or just don't realize) that America is NOT a democracy - it's a REPUBLIC - the people don't make the decisions - they elect the people who make the decisions...

The time to decide to support (or not support) a sitting President or Presidential Candidate is at the polling booth.

While I fully support the concept of the Republic and the presidency, I also support the Constitution and its articles. Being extremely patriotic, I would say that any person that uses the office of president to further their own financial situation and that of their friends is in total opposition to the constitution and the guidance of our founding fathers.

Iraq, right now, is on the brink of civil war, a civil war which would lead not to a lasting, pro-western democracy, but to a whole new breeding ground for international terrorism. The Iraq invasion could have gone much better, had the administration listened to the Pentagon, sent enough troops to ensure stability, not fired the entire Iraqi army (releasing 300000 armed, trained, unemployed, bitter men onto the streets), etc.

Right now, though, the situation is fucked up, and a sectarian civil war is likely, if not utterly inevitable. This is because of tons of BIG FUCKING MISTAKES, which are not just pointed out by pacifist hippie pinko commies, but by American generals and security officials.

But I guess you watch Fox News a lot...
