Simple solution, you don't want to get chopped up with an axe while breaking into people's houses, don't break into people's houses.

Criminals should have zero rights while they're invading someone's home.

I'd have to tend to agree...the way I look at it is that once you break the rules in this game we call life anything can and will happen.

It's not right that police beat people during an attempt at arresting an individual....but if you run from the law and get people's adrenaline all worked up the shit can happen.

If he killed people who broke into his house, even if his family was in no danger, he';s a hero. Plain and simple. We got fucked up laws. SOmeone breaks into your home, you should be encouraged to kill them. They fucking deserve it.

Are the court transcripts available to the publiz in OZ? Here in the US it's just a matter of asking the clerk for them but I am not familiar with Australian information policies. That would be great reading. You really need to do some radio talk shows and get your story out, lobby to change the laws and try to get a pardon if you can swing it to remove the conviction from your record(happens over here quite often). Talk radio loves activists with a high moral sense of duty.
