Outch ... 280 mills emails ? a spammer can do that in a day...
|
Is that why bdjuf hasnt been posting
|
dam thats some fucked up shit $10/per illegal e-mail
|
"CIS acknowledged that it is unlikely to see any of the judgement money..."
Fuck that. Even if you get $500k it's better than nothing. Don't stop until the spammer is bankrupt. |
DMS=don't mean shit
with the money they made, they will move offshore and continue on. |

I hope the spammer pays till he dies
|
Good to hear :thumbsup
|
that spammer will never see the light of day... attached wages for life haha wow shitty..
|
great news... their the biggest pieces of shit
|
Whew! Now thats a deterrant!
On the other hand, it's way too high! They want to cap medical jury awards, but a single spammer amounts to billions? I dont think thats as damaging as a botched operation or something that literally damages a person. |
They will not see a dime. The judge that levied that amount should be disbarred. That is a slap in the face of the ant-spam people in that the judge issues some "cartoon amount" that he and everyone around him knows will never be paid.
Financial Death Penalty? Think about it... if you worked at a lending institution and some guy showed up for a loan and you saw that he had a judgment for 1/2 of the deficit of the state of California would you take it seriously or would you write it off as some kind of error? An 11 billion dollar judgment is a joke no matter how you look at it. |
i have no idea how i will pay the $11 billion , sorry if you got my spam guys :winkwink:

jesus. wonder how long it will take for others to do the same thing.

A balloon judgement like that will prevent the spammer from ever setting up shop again. Disbarred? Fucking moron. |
BLAHAHHAHA, about time some of these spammers get sent a message they don't want to see or hear. =_)
|
That spammer will move and set up again. the only thing that will stop him, is by putting him in jail.
|
1 down, 1.000.000 to go!
|
I wish I got paid $10/email ...

sorry about that guys luck...haha |
what a fucking tool that judge is.. meaningless fine...
He can just claim bankrupt and he is free and clear. They should have set it at some reasonable level that would imply he might actually pay it.. ( and bar him from the net ) |
i still like the idea of a handwritten apology to every person he spammed :) that would keep him busy
|
Just checked my inbox and junk box no reduction.

so i have to kind of agree with buddy that the judge should be disbarred for not stepping in with a more realistic judgement that would work.. |

And it's not even adult-related - need more of these mainstream convictions to offset generalizations about legitimate adult industry. |
280 mil e-mails doesn't seem like much... I feel I get that many spams per day in my inbox...
|
thats hefty lol
|
I realize he will never pay that much but it`s soooo good.
I hope he pays till his last days on earth. |

do you really think that will stop anyone from spamming? sorry it break it to you but it won't. people till just move off shore and than not worry. it's like the war on drugs, it's not something you can stop. |
I dont think it will stop current spammers from spamming. But I think if someone was going to start, they might not now.
But it's way too high. makes no sense realistically. |

Im not a legal expert but didn't o.j. simpson declare bancruptcy , and got off on a bunch of fines and such ( perhaps im mistaken and it wasn't fines ? ) |
I think OJ has all his money offshore in various companies. It's not "his" this way, lol.

"bankruptcy generally will not rid you of debts for child support, taxes, alimony, fines, and many student loans, as well as debts incurred by fraud or malicious injury. Under some circumstances a debtor can be denied discharge of all his debts as opposed to certain specific debts. If this happens the primary reason for filing bankruptcy is defeated" http://www.uls.state.ut.us/uls/flyers/bank1204.htm OJ moved to Florida to take advantage of their homestead protection law. Any other state would take his house and shit |

You dont know much about mailing dude, and yeah, he said "can". |
The spammer can move offshore and spam until the powers that be freeze his accounts and pull the plugs on his servers
