the lolita , cp and other sites are not even to mention in this thread..

they'll stop proccessing them when the CJ's stop promoting them...

i would think they would stop proccessing when this takes effect.

Now they have visa over there back, i dont think they will be fucking around.. I know when something is reported to ccbill nothing is done regarding spam esp beast spam..

greentea, while I neither know nor care who you are, given the date of your registration and your posts, I probably wouldn't care anyway.

When it becomes your business what CCBill does, then I will see fit to discuss situations with you.

I'll just assume given your comments that you don't have a bestiality site, therefore you wouldn't be affected if and when a specific ruling comes out.

CCBill does not deal in rumor, nor do we foster the spreading of rumors. When and if Visa comes out with ANY ruling that affects specific clients of ours, we will discuss it with those clients affected.

We do not feel the need to broadcast our business, or anyone else's on message boards, and I'd venture to guess that other processing companies may feel the same way.

oh and btw, I'm not aware of a word called baning that would have anything to do with this business... perhaps it's either some kind of silly fetish or you just misplaced your copy of Mavis Beacon?

I do not know why more of you do not find this absolutely horrifying. You should be scared shitless when Visa begins to dictate what adults all over the world can pay to look at. KP and lolita, fine. TJ, I am sorry but I can't comment on anything we hear or have heard until it's an actual rule. The reason for this is pretty simple. There have been alot of proposals, especially recently, that we've had discussions with our banks about, but then they are not put into place.

If I posted every time I heard something rumored, or proposed, I'd spend my whole day quoting this stuff and I'd never get anything done.

I have heard some pretty weird stuff as of late, I'm sure others may have heard that as well, but it's not going to change anything by repeating any of it.

*Personally*, I don't particularly care for certain types of content. I'm sure that everyone here has come across things they find revolting, unappealing or just plain gross. The bottom line is just because I don't personally care for it, doesn't mean I want to see anything censored, especially not by a monopolistic company that perhaps should be sued and have to go through the discovery process so everyone could see just what said company does in it's own business practices.

Is that going to happen? I don't know.

But I do agree with you on the issue that once censoring starts, it almost never stops.

We don't discuss matters that affect our clients by making announcements, we talk to our clients about them. Once again, completely different companies. We do have clients with bestiality sites, it's not a big secret; we don't communicate with them on a message board tho, we contact them directly since they are the ones who stand to gain or lose from a potential rule change.

Since bestiality is LEGAL in most of the US, as well as in a large portion of the World that spends money, CCBill SHOULD process for the sites that cater to that.

Yes EPoch should be held up as an example for all businesses. I remember spending many weeks trying to get my money out of them.

I havent used any sponsor that uses Epoch in a couple years at least.

If you don't like the job that iBill and CCBill are doing why don't you start your own processing company. Then you can accept or decline clients as you see fit.

Why do you care? Is there a point to this, or do you just need a hobby? I'm more concerned about VISA dictating what kind of bills they pay(after AMEX did this a few years back). What happens next? That's the big concern.
