Only 2 days since we sorted out my problems with splitinfinity see thread I cannot get any reponse since asking by phone and email for Chris to add another 14 domains and change my password. surely theres really no need for this type of wait, its getting past ridiculous. I can't get him by email, phone or icq. Pleae Chris give me my money back and let me move what sites I do have with you over to somewhere else without drama. Anyone know where he is? |

For you fuckers who can't read... our request for domains to be added went in nearly 2 days ago.We have tried all day today to contact them.I have left it till the last moment of frustration to post here to see if anyone knows anything that may explain this lack of service.So shut the fuck up!:)

Everyone has there problems. I have a box with Split and I've never had a problem. I get support handled in a timey fashion.
However, the fact that Chris Eastman left .. BLOWS. He was and is awesome. One of the best server techs I've ever worked with. Its a good thing I have a box with Phat Servers too, so I can still get that killer support. Give Chris Jester a break ... he just lost one of the best techs around and I'm sure he has not found anyone to fill in. I'm sure everything will be back on track soon. |
