Only 2 days since we sorted out my problems with splitinfinity see thread
I cannot get any reponse since asking by phone and email for Chris to add another 14 domains and change my password.
surely theres really no need for this type of wait, its getting past ridiculous.
I can't get him by email, phone or icq.
Pleae Chris give me my money back and let me move what sites I do have with you over to somewhere else without drama.
Anyone know where he is?

For you fuckers who can't read... our request for domains to be added went in nearly 2 days ago.We have tried all day today to contact them.I have left it till the last moment of frustration to post here to see if anyone knows anything that may explain this lack of service.So shut the fuck up!:)

Sorry to let you know I am no longer with SplitInfinity. I left as of about 2 weeks ago. My old AIM you won't see log in ever again. I have moved on.

Swami, I started that original thread 2 weeks ago looking for hosting and have slightly followed your posts regarding this matter. I wound up going with Phatservers.net and have been nothing but pleased so far. They moved and set up everything quickly and went in and fixed even the most basic of my php scripts. They even took the initiative went ahead and installed some stuff for me in case I needed it down the road, even tho I didn't ask them to.

I don't want to take away from your post but just wanted to let you know as someone who was in the position of looking for hosting, like you, they have done well by me...

Phatservers are great.Fantastic service.I am just spreading my hosts but I am realizing a great host isn't tha common.

Everyone has there problems. I have a box with Split and I've never had a problem. I get support handled in a timey fashion.

However, the fact that Chris Eastman left .. BLOWS. He was and is awesome. One of the best server techs I've ever worked with. Its a good thing I have a box with Phat Servers too, so I can still get that killer support.

Give Chris Jester a break ... he just lost one of the best techs around and I'm sure he has not found anyone to fill in. I'm sure everything will be back on track soon.

We do not claim to have 24/7 tech support we have 24/7 emergency support. Second off no other customers are having issues but this guy. chris and I stayed up till 3am the other night trying to help this guy and now hes saying were not doing anything.
