Regarding work done for you....

I did everything you asked. Even wrote custom scripts for you.
The funny thing is, I did all of this to make it easy to add domains
to your complicated setup. It only takes me an hour to do it all
now (if that) with the automation I put in place.

Take a look at the scripts I CODED FOR YOU. Did I charge you? No.

Im just apalled that you would post stuff here without even calling me.

Now, Chris before you call out all your favors and get your Mum and friends to post how fucking great Splitinfinity is.My tech guy talked to you on monday nite and did say that it won't be need for a day or so.You told him it would be set up the next day.Thats 4 days ago.He called twice yesterday at 6pm (your time) and emailed him a ticket 2 nights ago, and a request for info on it yesterday (no answer on either)
You have a email on your desl 48 hrs old almost.My tech guy tried ringing your cell twice.You have been offline your icq all fucking day yesterday so there is no fucking excuse as I see it.

Swami, your just like a little child running off to mommy whenever things don't quite go your way. Why not help solve any issues youve got by doing as Chris suggested and actually ring him. When I first started with Splitinfinity I had a couple of issues but I rang chris (which you can do 24/7) and surprise surprise problem solved.

I too have had an email not answered for longer than I would have liked but instead of running off and acting disgracefully and unprofessionally I rang them and sorted it out like a MAN... :2 cents:

Ok.here is the lowdown on what has eventuated.Chris didn't get our 2 emails dated 3rd and the 4th which follwed up our phone conversation on the 2nd.
Well he did but they went straight into his spam folder.He didn't get our 2 calls to his cell phone.Well you can't be by your phone all the time and on its own thats not a hanging offense and as for the icq being offline the whole day,that was just a glitch, he says he was but he still hadn't authorised me from the last 2 chats we had so it appeared offline to me.
Now to give Chris credit, he took it on the chin.He didn;t hide nor disappear from my thread.He deserves kudos for that and to show that he stands by his product he is giving me the first month and set up free, plus a $50 a month discount.Now that is a nice response.
Splitinfinity and I have had a rocky start but we are both determined to build a working relationship.I believe he has a great product.He just needs to work on delivering it a little better.

I too got my first month free due to some problems so Chris really does wan't to make things right if they aren't and when they are right Splitinfinity really is a professional host, and it's that professionalism that should have seen you not start this thread in the first place... :upsidedow
