Sounds good... but if you have more then 9 top advertisers it is a good posibility that a paying top advertiser will not be able to have a contest which would suck if he is paying the same amount for the spot as the next guy.

I am also assuming that no more then 1 contest per advertiser, wouldn't be cool if one of the top guys started all 3 contest.
