i filed for an extension like I do every year.

Yes, but alot of people are under the impression that an extension gives them more time to pay.
If you don't pay by April 15th then you have to pay interest and penalties from that point forward until they're paid in full.


On another note....corporate taxes are due today?
Is that just for C-corps?

All of my LLC and S corp reports say they're due on March 31

You can always extend with pnealy and interest. It can get ugly real fast though.

i have to file 3 sets of taxes: one business in the US, one personal in the US and one personal in Canada for two governments :(

finished mine today this is my first year ever hope i did everything right!!!

Dont foget guys. If you are doing your tax's from outside the US you get an automatic extension.
