CCBILL : How are your sales for the last 4+ hours?

We had none which is very unlikely and I've asked 4 different bigger CCBILL affiliates and they had no sales too... and our biggest sponsor have alot more sales that are not refered by affiliates today than usual

This post is made with permission from Corvett. We need to find out if this is a local problem or "worldwide"

Thanks

Gman.357 03-09-2005 10:32 AM

Sales to my paysites look average... perhaps even a little above.

No problems here.

You are an affiliate right?

Sorry, perhaps I misread your post. I have an affiliate program running under CCBill if that's what you meant.

No good then. This is about affiliates only. But you can check out if the percentage of sales refered by affiliates are normal or very low

wedouglas 03-09-2005 10:40 AM

mine have been 0 for the last few days....ive been getting pissed....

Ah, I see what you mean now. Well, I just looked into it, and affiliate sales do seem a bit slow so far today. Actually, about 30-40% below average. Rebills and non-referred sales seem normal so far.

Hope that helps.

emmanuelle 03-09-2005 10:44 AM

Our sales have been very low this morning (overall as a program)
rebills are fine though

I dont see it as an affiliate problem, but the sales themself- regardless of how they are sent

Bansheelinks 03-09-2005 10:46 AM

Funny you point that out...........form hits way up above avg., sales way way below avg.

Fucking CCBill is scrubbing raw today and it pisses me off.

emmanuelle 03-09-2005 10:48 AM

We're not seeing declines though- so I'm not sure that it's a scrubbing issue

Same here. Aside from a medium slump in affiliate referrals today, everything else is normal or above par.

Biggy2 03-09-2005 10:49 AM

ill tell you one thing...

im testing a new site, so i can see both the webadmin and affiliate side of things.. my affiliate acct just got credit for a sale that went thru at 730 am, its now about 12:50 PM.

I've noticed CCBILL tends to play catch up around 12:30-1:30 PM EST with affiliate reporting, you see the same thing? By the end of the day, things tend to work out...

zentz 03-09-2005 10:50 AM

same as for the last 8 hours

Adultlexicon 03-09-2005 10:51 AM

My sales are down too
and stats are acting weird sales are popping up and dissaper again
and there is a big hole of 5 hours with no sales at all

ratio 1:7500

pxxx 03-09-2005 10:53 AM

Last sale i got was around 11 pm last night.. Nothing today, sucks.

GotGauge 03-09-2005 10:53 AM

Ok, I usually do not get in to these threads,
because I know ratios can be up and down.

I do always go and look, to see my stats, and I usually have sales
and a average ratio...

Today I have no sales, and several thousand hits....

But, I will, like most days give it till the end of the day see if they just show up later...

Gottis 03-09-2005 10:54 AM

Same problem here, something's not well. But at the end of the day, sales always catch up. It's like there's a delay.

bringer 03-09-2005 10:55 AM

0 sales
this happened two days ago aswell and was credited in the afternoon with sale times threwout the day

biskoppen 03-09-2005 10:59 AM

Ok. It seems quite clear that there is a problem with the stats now.

I've just had 4 emails coming in my mailbox with "old" sales from earlier today .. these sales have also been missing from the statsview all day...

Let's see what happens now, I think this is just a CCBILL server hanging or something

Thanks for the post

Gottis 03-09-2005 11:00 AM

LOL, got some sales just when I posted.

AlienQ - BANNED FOR LIFE 03-09-2005 11:02 AM

Someone is making money.

I am pretty sure ID jacking / Redirection is starting to happen now via Toolbar's adwares.

hjnet 03-09-2005 11:07 AM

It often occurs that I have days were my CCBill sales are down, but normalwise the missing sales are always catched up within 24 hours, so at the end of the week/month everything seems to even out.
So therefore I had always the feeling that CCBills reporting of sales is just not realtime (or not always), but what do I know :1orglaugh

Calvinguy 03-09-2005 11:20 AM

Sales down here too but not as an affiliate but a paysite owner not using any ccbill tracking

Pornopat 03-09-2005 11:20 AM

1 sale so far. very much below average.

DutchTeenCash 03-09-2005 11:22 AM

hmm nothing weird here

jovigirl 03-09-2005 11:27 AM

Affiliate credited sales seem to have been delayed at ccbill's servers.
I just got a bunch of referred sales all in a row that shoud have arrived during the last 5 hours.

andrej_NDC 03-09-2005 04:35 PM

Today is the worst day ever, I dont see any problems with crediting sales to affiliates, but with sales, at all. Something must be wrong, because the last months was between average and good and today is just awfull.

I pray so...

Kevsh 03-09-2005 04:38 PM

I'm actually above average today, but to be fair I don't get many sales from CCBill sponsors in the first place.

MatthewGood 03-09-2005 04:42 PM

Sales are really good today, almost double compared to yesterday.... :)

are we talking about 50 sales at least?

gxer 03-09-2005 05:16 PM

0 sales as affiliate today, hope it's a stat problem only.

BVF 03-09-2005 05:18 PM

today sucked but I did decent yesterday. I might explode tomorrow. Ya never know.

Miguel 03-09-2005 05:26 PM

sales are ok for me today
may be a 20% lower than usual

Ive seen this happen before... sales tend to average out later in the afternoon in a seemingly random fashion.

Then, again, maybe someone IS making money, as AlienQ suggested.

Za Ha 03-09-2005 05:56 PM

Errr ccbill is pissing me off lately
only 1 sale today and bout 15 yesterday
wtf!

john FVC 03-09-2005 05:59 PM

I personally have seen a severe downturn across all my CC-bill sponsors so far this week. Last week was as normal but the week prior to that was the worst week I have had in 2 years. I mailed CC-Bill on two occasions regarding this matter. The first time they told me to keep an eye on conversion rates and if they did not get back to where there were (which sounds to be me like they accepted there was some sort of problem) I was to contact them. I duly did so and they never replied. Having spoken to a number of other people there has been a very sharp decline for some who use CC-Bill sponsors since the start of the year. Some of these people have their own paysites under different billers and their sites sales are as steady as ever, yet their CC-Bill sponsor sales have fallen off the end of a cliff. There is something far from right here and I am rather disturbed that CC-Bill have failed to respond. If there is an issue then they should admit to it. It could be third party issues such as spyware etc but a wall of silence may create ill founded thoughts.

I take it you have spoken to them regards this matter?
