We use CCBill as a backup to our merchant account, but I don't see anything out of the ordinary.

latinasojourn 03-09-2005 06:09 PM

have no affiliates but use ccbill in #1 position for the last 7 years.

and have seen a steady decline in approvals, now averaging 42% to form submissions this past month.

just an hour ago i got an email from a guy complaining he was trying to buy a membership with a visa he knew was good.

i told him to try the netbilling check link.

i don't mind when ccbill blows out the scammers---what i do mind is them turning down people with good cards.

today is average to average +, but i don't use affiliates.

We appologize for the confusion at the moment, the stats databases were being repopulated. While the transactions are being tracked properly, stats may not be showing correct numbers at the moment. Programming is working to remedy this as we speak. Thank you for your patience.

killshot 03-10-2005 01:36 AM

i had great sales today.. and then they all dissapeared... now some have come back...but not all of them

there is definatley something wonky going on.. but i am sure ccbill is on top of it

Horrible day on All ccbill accounts both affiliate and client.

Miguel 03-10-2005 01:55 AM

We had a little bit slowdown yesterday, but today it's ok and if the trend follows its way we'll have the best sales day of the week LOL

Hope all you guys get better with sales as we do:)
Good luck!

Have you been back in touch with them again biskoppen to tell them you are not alone with this problem? I am just going to mail them myself. If its CC-Bill that are at fault or its something else we need to all work together to get to the root of this.

toddler 03-10-2005 02:15 AM

50 pissed off people

biskoppen 03-10-2005 06:23 AM

Right now we have a 4 hour hole without sales again. And so do a friend with also brings in "a good amount" of sales a day.

Affiliates : Do you have any sales the last 4 hours?

Site owners : Do you have any sales the last 4 hours marked as affiliate sales?

john FVC 03-10-2005 06:39 AM

Stats admin now showing 0 clicks for me and usually I would be a couple of thousand at this point in the day. WTF?

Gottis 03-10-2005 06:40 AM

Reports are delayed, very annoying. I also get a lot of user management error reports. CCBill must have network/server issues (last few weeks for me).

teksonline 03-10-2005 07:05 AM

I got my first CCBill Signup today and I just started using ccbill affiliate programs 48 horus ago, with little traffic! Looking good so far

Please note i did notice a change in the whole interface, as I couldnt figure out the clicks etc info, seemed to totally change from my first night to the next day I looked, maybe this is what you are experiencing....

Also took me a while to realize i was searching clicks for just the current day, which before I dont think was setup like that

teksonline 03-10-2005 07:10 AM

stats

hrmph more I look at this the stats are wierd, can't say im found of this tool

Date
Billing Type
Affiliate $0.00
0 $13.98
1 $0.00
0 $0.00
0 $0.00
0 $0.00
0 $0.00
0 $13.98
1 17 $0.82
1:17.0

does that make any sense?

nor does this show up in any area other than the
main home page link to show transactions, everywhere else shows

beta-tester 03-10-2005 07:19 AM

Well, something strange is happening with them....
One time I see my stats (clicks) and the other time , it's blank...
very weird :(

teksonline 03-10-2005 07:27 AM

hi can you resend that email, i just noticed my email for support was not configured!!

thanks

corvette 03-10-2005 07:56 AM

i just checked with the office and we are having some affiliate reporting issues that are being worked on, everything should be resolved shortly. This is not affecting transactions or the crediting of transactions to affiliates

beta-tester 03-10-2005 07:58 AM

I hope it won't affect transactions (clicks/signups)....
Thanks for heads up ,btw.

When it should be fixed ?

I have people made a few test signups today. One of them are showing as an affiiliate sale now the rest not yet.

Could you please post in this thread when stats are updated?

Thanks

corvette 03-10-2005 08:12 AM

aleck 03-10-2005 08:16 AM

p.s. good thing Corvette is with us and keeps us updated

beta-tester 03-10-2005 08:17 AM

I think all that can be sorted out.

Thanks again...

biskoppen 03-20-2005 10:27 AM

Right now we just had a 2 hour and 45 minute hole without sales. This can happen, so I'm just checking here.. did you have any CCBILL sales from 07:00 to 09:45 CCBILL time today ? .. please only answer if you have many daily CCBILL sales

Edit : I'm in contact with another "bigger" CCBILL affiliate who had this exact same hole also...

Shap 03-20-2005 10:34 AM

From 7 to 9:45 are sales were smoking. Definitely above average.

Thanks for replying

I can too see in my emails that the CCBILL subscription increased by 9000 in my "dead period" so they did process tons of sales. I've just been able to match my dead periods up with other affiliates I know lately - thats what makes me curious about the big pattern.

SteveLightspeed 03-20-2005 11:08 AM

I'm panicking too, I haven't had any sales for 45 seconds... wait, there is one, oops, and another, so... nevermind.

For the record, we haven't seen ANY hour long gaps in sales in March, all from ccbill. There might be other places in the your signup path that have broken down, but CCBILL is rocking this month!

Come to Phoenix Forum and take a tour of their facility, you will be very impressed.

Hmm.. yeah!

Some customer just sent an email. He says he can't load the signup page. I see that he tried 10 times in half an hour. There are other 4-5 people who hit the join button but didn't submit the form, maybe they couldn't load the page... Signup page loads fine for me, maybe there are problems in some areas only.
