back in fuckin... 2004-03-04 i paid for 10k hits. as to date ive recived 4200. its taken this long for under half of the traffic i paid for.

i had forgot about this, untill i started reading all the shit about him recently.

anyways, my account is frozen. i didnt get HALF the traffic i paid for and im guessing a refund is outta the question.

Won't help. If you file a dispute with Paypal, they'll ask the merchant to provide proof of shipping. The merchant simply has to say he was providing you a service and you're fucked.
