To look like halycon you will need too
1 - Watch your diet, lots of fresh fruit and veggies. Eat 6 meals a day at a smaller portion then normal. about every 2-3hours. Drink skim milk instead of 2%, protien, you need it to build muscles. You can workout all you want, but if you aint got the nutrients to build muscle and burn fat then its pointless, nuts (not those ones you smartass!) eat nuts, peanut butter is a great fat burner. 2 - get off your fat ass and actually excersize rather then just talk about it. 3 times a week minimum for weights to gain muscle. 3 - cardio every second day, that doesnt mean getting up from your desk to grab another cola, bubba. It means do some jumping jacks, buy a skipping rope and use it, jog 15 mins a day. sit ups every second day as well, everyday is not good, your abs need time to heal. Cardio to loose fat and not just gain stamina should be done in intervals. run on the spot at a joggin pace for 1 minute then run on the spot for 30 seconds as hard/fast as you can. then come back down to a joggin pace. do that 3 times (4 1/2 minutes total ) after a quick warmup daily and you'll notice a huge difference. main key is your diet, lots of greens & lots of water. Water breaks down the food you eat and puts the good ingredients to use. Without it not much will happen. Rest, you need plenty of it while working out whether your trying to cut or bulk. Sleep is great for you body. without that you'll stress your body out in bad ways... i'm rambling.... sorry... later |
