So I'm walking around the house and peeking out the windows. (I peek out the windows all the time... I have no idea why). And I see this dumb girl pulling up right in front of my drive way. So I watch and she gets out with her car HALF in my drive way. I could have sworn that she looked right at me as I was watching her do this.

She gets back in her car and pulls forward about an inch, and then gets out to check. She does that like 8 times. She's trying not to hit the van that's a foot in front of her.

So with 9 inches to go, she just gets out and walks away... with her car STILL IN MY FUCKIN' DRIVE WAY!!!

This just happened like 5 minutes ago. So what should I do? Just back my truck right into it? Tow it? wait for her and yell at her when she gets back? kick my trash can over into her car?

go and put a dent in it.

although i'd be pissed too, from an outsiders perspective i'd say you're overreacting... you can get your car out of the driveway, you just feel your space is violated...

you can call the police and demand they have it towed it...i have done that before. if it is blocking your drive, they are required to ticket and tow

cover her car with post its that say "STUPID BITCH"....It will make you feel better and will piss her off..but no violence or destruction of car that will only get you in trouble!!!!

Just remember that anything that you do to damage her car can cost you, in money, or time in jail.


The best thing to do is go to the neighbors house and ask them to move the car. And leave it at that.

I have at least 3 houses in my cul de sac that has illegal immigrants living in them.

Anyway my next door neighbor looks like he's starting a used car biz...and has for going on 2 + years now had at least 1 car parked just like that encroaching into my driveway.

Sometimes they'll move it..but I have to do one of those Seinfeld shows moves...kinda like the move where you look over your shoulder when someone's being loud at the theater.

I usually have to get out of my car....look at that car in a real obvious manner and then look back at them.

Now Friday night fight nights are another matter. Jesus it might as well be Cinco De Mayo on my block....cars everywhere...disco balls hanging from the car port...music blaring...people drinking and watching the fight on the front lawn where the tv now sits.

Honestly I don't complain much...I 'm not one for fucking with my neighbors...that way they don't fuck with me when I do some stupid shit.

I got a fucking neighbour that does that, his exwife always parks a little over my side, so when I back out, I gotta be extra careful

Street parking is tight in my neighborhood as well and often these dumb women will park so close to other cars that the other cars get trapped.

Women cannot drive.

place your trashcan on the hood of her car and stay by and watch to see what she does when she comes back.

from looking at the pictures theres enough room if he goes threw his grass and over the curb or drives a miada. i say you invite a friend over who doesnt have anything to do all day and block her in. when she comes and knock on your door wait 5 seconds then turn off your tv or lights. make her walk home

I feel you on that one, I live in Studio City and people around there have no fucking clue how to park nor drive for that matter, EXTREMELY annoying!!!

Have you seen my truck? That thing barely drives straight as it is. Getting it out of the drive way which is curved, (it's hard to tell in those pics) is always a chore.
