I'd say eat less, that's what i am doing now, i am not fat, but i have to lose like 6 kg to get my ideal weight and that's what i am doing now.
( 1 day last week i didn't eat anything, just drank some water and juice, but i wouldnt recommend it ).... oh and do some exercice, it can only help |

Simple math: burn more calories then you consume. Keep in mind you burn calories sitting on your ass, sleeping etc. (The amount depends on your metabolism, weight etc) but just about everything good to eat is loaded with calories. Bottom line you will have to exercise and watch what you eat closely.
The Quickest way.. I would have to say no carb if you can handle it. You will drop an easy 5-10 pounds of weight (mostly water) the first week and continue to lose steadily from there. The problem is the rebound when you go off the diet. |
I'll tell you.
1) Cut your calories down. 2) Lower your carbs A LOT. 3) Lower your fat intake. 4) Hit the gym at least 3 times a week... do cardio 30 mins each time. The stair climber (gauntlet) will burn the most. 5) Drink a TON of water. You will drop 10 lbs right away if you up your water intake. 6) Stay in this plan no matter what. It sucks. 7) Allow yourself 1 - 2 cheat meals per week to eat whatever you want. It will reward you, keep you sane, and shock your body and raise your metabolism. 8) Don't eat late at night. 9) EAT!!! Don't starve yourself, you have to eat. Aim for 4 - 5 SMALL meals a day, low carbs, low fat. By eating often in small amounts you will raise your metabolism. 10) You will lose 10 - 15 lbs fast. The rest is hard work. Stick to this plan and you will lose. If you want to lose even faster, train with weights and you will burn faster and build muscle at the same time. Leg days at the gym will burn a ton of calories. 11) Take a thermogenic pill to help reaise your metabolism and burn while you are doing nothing. Hydroxycut and the like are all good, many to choose from. 12) If all else fails, there is a steriod called "clembutorial" (spelling?) that will really help you out. Research how to take it and cycle it for about 8 weeks. On your off days, take your thermogenic. 13) Take a pic of you in your underwear BEFORE you start all this, relaxed. Then every few weeks take another to see your progress. This is a good mental booster to keep it going when you can see the results. Best of luck. :thumbsup |

anyone who says "low carb" or "no carb" has fallen victim to the fad diet mentality.
sure, going very low carb no carb at all will yield immediate results, but when you come off that diet, the pounds come right back... and in fact, since when you go low carb, you lose muscle tissue and fat - when you gain it back, you don't gain any muscle back and you gain MORE FAT than you originally had. so you end up WORSE off than you were before. and you lose muscle tissue when you go low carb because when your body is in need of energy, it'll pull it from the muscles since it's favorite most preferred choice of energy isn't present (CARBS!!!!) eat at LEAST 5 smaller meals a day (ignoring hunger, which is what you have to do with 2 to 4 meals a day usually, puts your body into a state that makes it store fat a lot easier, in anticipation that it won't be fed again.. this is because our genetic makeup is based on scavengers who ate small frequent meals throughout the day, thousands of years ago). eat LESS SIMPLE CARBS (usually junkfood) and MORE COMPLEX CARBS (most fruits / veges). do SOME sort of physically intensive activity 4 to 5 times a week, and be sure to carb high pre-activity. our bodies were meant to be used. doing those 3 things will help a LOT. |

Let me tell you. I have some friends that all they eat is candy bars, and chips and drink sodas, and shit like that. They are always so wired from the sugar that they do not gain a pound.
