Lift heavy weights 15 minutes in morning 15 minutes at night (30 minutes of heavy weight trainging is better then 10 hours walking or running)
Get rid of excess water (get something like the natrual diuretic XPEL and within 3 weeks your pants will be too big on you) Avoid white bread and carbs in general within 2 hours before going to sleep |
don't aim for the fastest... aim for the one that would suit your lifestyles and works permanently... don't starve, don't binge...

Like a lot of weight? Eat nothing but chicken breasts, water, and orange juice. Maybe have one six inch sub every two weeks on top of that. Add a small amount of exercise every day, maybe some push ups, extra walking, walking up stairs, etc.
I know someone who lost 80 pounds in 3 months doing this and kept it off. Keep in mind I'm not a doctor so this could very well kill you in a couple years. |

another important point is that NO ONE should be looking for a fast way to lose weight. its not healthy to lose weight fast. many will argue that more than 1 pound a week is too much.
change your life, exercise, eat well (educate yourself about nutrition) and make it a life long change... not a 30 day goal. :2 cents: |
