who is it that knows the most in the adult online industry? who is it that you always read their threads because you actually learn something? who commands you attention when they speak?

who is the most knowledgable? not neccesarily the richest, but the wisest?

no one wants to compliment anyone else? interesting......so i guess everyone here knows everything there is in this business...

Those that don't post often I find are usually the wisest :)
Also a lot of the affiliate program owners get my attention.

because so much of success or failure is based on other factors like starting capital or luck that some of the richest people today wouldn't be smart enough to make it back to the top if they had to start over in an industry choked with Visa regs, anti-spam laws, competition, etc.

Maybe that's a way to ask it...

Of all the success stories, who do you think would be most able to reproduce their success if they were just getting started today with their brain and .... $5K ??

I would say the people who know the most about this industry keep their mouths shut. That's what sucks about the internext seminars, no one wants to give up the goods on how they operate. I don't think I'll be going to any of them this year unless I'm asked to write an article again. It's like poker, no one wants to show their hand. It's also kind of a downer too, because alot of people that attend and ask questions are really living hand to mouth.

I'm not ripping on the speakers at all, some of these guys just need someone to do it for them, you know? :(

I think Fantasyman wins the award for bringing the most big players into the game.

They were smart enough to be in it back when it was easy to get rich from porn. A lot have moved on to other ventures now.

i thought about doing a poll but then i stopped, because i actually do read about 10 different peoples posts regularly that i believe to be very wise in different areas of the industry.

but i also havent been in the biz long enough to go back 7+ years and include those people

As there's so much bullshit going on, it's hard to pick the Guru's nowadays.

I know some Guru's here, all specialized in their own part of the adult business.
