How do u like your steak?
 

I actually only like my to be fully cooked. I can't eat it any other way

Medium. I love a nice pink in the middle. Yup, nothing like a nice juicy pink.

I hate steak, all steak. From inexpensive to expensive.

I prefer a tender rack of babyback (or St. Louis) ribs over anything. :2 cents:

A nice T-bone, Porterhouse or NY striploin.


Blue rare -- cooked 8-10 seconds each side -- still cold in the middle (gross)

Rare -- too bloody for me

Medium-rare --- still usually too bloody

Medium -- If cooked right, this is what I like. Some chefs still don't cook it well enough so....

Medium-Well ----- I end up ordering it medium-well to ensure it's cooked enough but still a bit of pink. PERFECTION

Well-done/Extra well-done ---- too much like leather for me.

Med-well to well done. Steak is delicious.

I LOVE all steak and roastbeef RARE - so f'in good...

Medium ribeye is my favorite. Nice and pink and juicy in the middle with crisp, brown fat. Mmmm. *drool* Sometimes I ask for medium rare when I'm in a different mood. I used to only eat it well done until I got the courage to try medium and I've enver looked back. :thumbsup

Medium rare is the best. I have seen a guy eat a Blue Rare steak. It was wild. I couldnt see how he could keep it down. All off the staff kept staring and watching him. It was funny.

Bloody RARE!!!!!!!!!! When you find a premium steak (USDA PRIME) it doesn't taste better any other way!!

I actually ate at a steak house that cut my steak for me, 3 nice slices at a time, talk about service!

Medium well.
