I feel a bit queasy when I see cooking shows that slice up their creation, and the colour of the meat inside has barely changed since it was cooked. I prefer my meat to be brown (even a light brown will do) rather than red or pink. :thumbsup

I always say "burnt." Chefs hate to burn a steak, they think it ruins it. Sometimes they even come out and try to talk me out of having it burnt. :1orglaugh
