Sick and fugging TIRED of this! (pic)
This pudgy, disgusting BUDDHA BELLY thing I have got going on!!! It is worse than EVER since I am not allowed to go to the gym yet, what can I do (aside from not eating) to help minimize this while I recouperate?!

lay on your back, bend till your knees are almost level to your chest, put your hands behind your head. Now make your kness touch your elbows then back down. Since you're just now starting off... at 20 you start to feel the burn. Dicipline yourself to do 30. If you make yourself burn for a while the last one will make you wanna turn over in pain. That means you are done the first day. do the same the next day until you can go more and more. This only takes like 5-10 minutes of your time. The reason you wanna start slow is so that you wont be sore the next day. Then gradually add more to the count. It still should only take 5-10 minutes of your day. Who looks forward to doing 1 hour of situps everyday. Also make sure to let your abs rest right after. Watch some tube or take a nap. Muscle and tone developes while you rest. :2 cents: |

Kayla, it actually helps just to suck in your stomach and hold it as long as you can, then let it out. Rest a few seconds and repeat. Do that as often as you can every day. It's not strenuous, but it does tone up those muscles. You can also work you bottom if you clench it the same way. Try both at the same time. It feels quite good. :)

Pilates vids are all over file sharing. The work out is so simple you don't need to get in a gym or class you just need to learn the moves. |
