Kayla, pink actually makes pale skin look more pale. I know, because I'm very light skinned. I wore alot of pink when I was tan, but I can't wear it at all now. If I were you, I'd go for a soft coral on the lips, a medium brown on the lids and a pale peach on the brow bone, with just a touch of a very pale tan right under the eyebrow. :)

Actually, before I saw that, I did my make up for going out...soft brown in the crease of my eyelid, brown eyeliner, a HINT of light tan under the brow and coral blush...pretty much Burts Bees lip balm on my mouth, but hey! I TRIED! LOL Ask AmeliaG! I will see if anyone has pics... Also, I found, and bought, a medicine ball with handles on the sides for some ab work! :Graucho |

Try laying off crap food for a while, drink lots of water. Chill out on the pasta, the red meat and the bolognese sangwiches. Eat fish rice chicken fruit. You will lose it.

I think the best exercise is swimming. It tones all the muscles at the same time and it's very easy on the joints. You burn a lot more calories without feeling pain. The other great exercise is dancing. You burn a lot more without getting bored as you do in a repetitive exercise. You don't need any diet supplements. Just eat less but in more variety. Substitute sex for food when you can.

Kayla, I think you look fine.
I for one, am lazy when it comes to working out, but I've noticed a huge difference and dropped about 5 lbs in the last few weeks by just drinking 70 ounces of water a day, taking short walks in the morning and cutting all booze out of the social calendar. (Just one regular cocktail has up to 400 calories, which is more than some small meals). I'm also pale... peachy colors do wonders! :) |
Drink a ton of water and eat lots of protein and fruit and stay away from carbs, oh, and don't forget vitamins for your energy!
Stay completely away from refined sugar too! Trust me, it will help! :2 cents: |
