who has been around since '95?
 

We were getting alot of newbie comments regarding adultactioncash so i just wanted to let you guys know that I started smutland.com in '95. I was behind wired solutions/virtual service in the early days but in the past three years are not at all involved with those guys. I was banned from the business for the last few years based on the past company (lawsuit) but have since settled. Anyhow, look forward to meeting oldies and newbies in phoenix and hope that alittle history makes those that are considering doing buisness with us more confident that we are not here today gone tomorrow.

Ive been around that long but was working mainstream until 98

seen a lot of changes, MUCH hypocracy, shaving and abuse.

it's been interesting.

Shit, it was sooo much easier back then. I would buy about $350k/mo. on yahoo and it would convert great!

but remember the prices of servers i think i had damn good deal with servers.to in the day was something like $300 a month for 4 gig of space cant remember bandwidth but it was heaps more expensive for dedicated servers back then.

I've been around since 1966.

I was paying close to $15,000 per month for a couple dedicated servers.

I had a paysite called hornytown.com in 98 but I was fucking BRILLIANT and decided to get out of porn so I could get a DOD clearance. Nice move, asshole.

I remember when my first AVS hit the search engines. Got 800 hits/day and made me 7K$/month from that traffic alone... those were the days!

mainstream sucks...as much as the adult world can drive me nuts at least you can negotiate with people and most of them have some skin in the game. These corporate titled guys are too much. It takes us three times the effort to buy mainstream traffic for our dating site, datecam.com despite good conversions!

I remember the New Orleans AVN incident in which we ended up giving some space to you guys and you managed to throw the booth together really quick, complete with a bartender and couple kegs of beer...

oh...BadUnkle and DirtyJ...that brings back some memories.... :)

BadUnkle was the person who first got me into the biz a couple years ago...Met him through my little brother, who got BadUnkle into the biz around '95 or so...They were friends back in the early '90's, before Al Gore invented the Internet :1orglaugh

I didnt make my enterance into the adult side of things until Sept 96.
