razorburn and my new shaved muff
 

So, I just shaved my muff after 6 months of the natural look. I like it much better this way, and I want to keep it smooth. It looks nice right now..... I have a prob though. Everytime I shave, I get razorburn/bumps a few days later. I dont know why I get them and I freaking hate them! I use a fresh mach 3, I clean the area with dial antibaterial soap beforehand, and use plenty of lube and warm water when shaving. Anyone else have this problem? Can you suggest any home remedies? Please? :) :(

its normal to get them. maybe you should just use WAX instead. Also if you post a pic a few DOCTORS here can examine and help u out

i dont think it has anything to do with the type of razor. Maybe the shaving cream

That's the problem with shaving, actually your problem is you do too good of a job shaving, so the short hair gets stuck under the skin and that's what causes the bumps. I don't know if there's any way around this, sorry.

Make sure you soak in hot water for a while first, and use a good shaving gel for sensitive skin... rub the gel/foam in thoroughly, don't just layer it on top, and let it absorb for a few minutes.

Use a good razor (gillette venus?) with sharp blades, and when you're done use lots of lotion.

Worked well for my ex, she never had any bumps or soreness.

two things, use Nizoril shampoo and make it a daily routine...

the Nizoril will help soothe the inflammation while shaving every day will condition your skin to get used to the shaving
