Ok to solve your prob...

Soak in warm water for a bit. Then when shaving, shave down first. Once done, reapply shaving cream and shave up.

pimples comes through dirty skin most of the time. use fresh rasors all the time. To have a clean shave use betadine mixed with water . No soap. You can get betadine at the farmacie, its what doctors use to clean the area where they gonna operate. It is brown. Gives a great result.

I just remembered how to prevent this from happening but it will be tough to do shaving your muff, the bumps happen when you shave against the direction the hair is growing, because you get a deeper shave that way and the hair gets stuck under the skin. So if you can shave with the direction of the hair. Kinda like petting a pussy-cat :Graucho
