So who do you think makes more money
People that push per-signup or people that push revshare programs. Overall not individuals.
And what do you push and why. This is a serios question I want to know why you push who you push not conversion wise but your reason for pushing certian types of programs. |
revshare over the long run...per signup is for people that want or need money right away
|
per-signup
Reason: Bradshaw said so :glugglug |
:321GFY
|
revshare
|
people that do both
|
per sign up
|
If you have a good revshare program you are doing better with revshare. (over a view of 1-1,5 years) For the fast buck go by pps.
I'm pushing both. Money is money :2 cents: |
one time payout for the crap sites
every time for the good sites |

I deffinatley agree man I could even in the good ol days at $35 a signup make about twice as much pushing revshare. |
Quote:
Why do you think that. Or was it just for sig views. |
people that push sites that they own...
so ultimately, revshare... |
Quote:
:thumbsup Very good point man but do you think persignup makes a webmaster more money |
revshare
|
revshare all the way :2 cents:
|
per sign-up
|
I see allot of you saying what but not to many saying WHY.
Elaborate a little tell me why you feel the way you do |
You will notice anyone that is huge and successful provides both offerings.

And I am not insinuating that you dont. But allot of people dont get why programs do that Its not because they want to pay affiliates more its because they make more if you go per signup. And it draws people in because by nature people want to see the quick buck (pardon the pun) but few see the big picture. IMO If that makes sense. |
It all matters on the site you are promoting. If you are promoting a site that won't keep the member an average for 3 to 4 months, then Per Signup is better. If you are promoting sites that keep the average member for that time, you are better off.

very good point. It deffinatley depends on the sites you promote. 3 rebills on a 29.95 rebill makes $45 I think that is about the break. Good call but its only 2 calander monthes as the first rebill is in 3 days. I agree with you on the point you made. |
depends on the sites and their content... revshare is cool though... i stopped *ahem* promoting this one program like 4 years ago and im still getting checks in the mail... gotta love that
|
Quote:
:thumbsup I have people that have been rebilling since 2001 on a few of my sites and they still login. |

Anyone else have any thoughts on this. I want a better sample of what people think and WHY. |
per signup, got to love getting paid up front
|
PPS programs get far more sales. But the individual who knows his stuff can earn more using revshare:2 cents:

would you say a lot of these rebills, rev share programs are of the 'reality site' programs? what niche/programs do you prefer? |
A mix of both is the way to go. I like to push PPS maybe 1 gallery per day, and revshare at 3 per day. This way it evens out on a daily basis, and the rebills save my ass during the slow months. :thumbsup

Quote:
first part of your question :eek7 mature, teen and gay are great niches for me:thumbsup |
Quote:
Good ratio I agree mixing it up is good I just make more on recurring in the long run and yes in slow signup times like summer recurring is SWEET:thumbsup |
i think it depends entirely on the site, if they are likely to stay members, go revshare, if they are likely to stay for only one month, go pps.

|
Definitely revshare ... it's allways great to see how i get payed for people that joined months ago.
PPS is great for the fast money. But on the long run i prefer revshare |
Quote:
Agreed. If you car breaks down PPS I want want a new one Revshare:winkwink: |
per sign up
|
whoever says PPS has no clue
(i am talking about a quality paysite here, no cookie cutter bs paysite) revshare will always beat PPS |
Words of wisdom:
Don't put all of your eggs in 1 basket. :thumbsup Too many do this, and I really feel bad for them. Especially Newbies. $35.00 up front looks good, but as in any business, there are slow times. |

I really wanted to see peoples replies to this and figure out exactly how some people think. But i ended up with a bunch of shit i word replies. Got some good ones from the people in the know :winkwink: |
cookie cutter sites, per signup...orginal sites with loads of content and multiple site access for members (lightspeed) ..recurring base
