You can make a lot of money in a rev share deal if its got member stickability.

yeah, a definate revshare can outlast a pps
if u charge 30bux, get 60% u get 18bux roughly if he stays for 2 months thats like 36bux if stays for 3 thats 54bux u break even with the big pps if they stay for 2 months. |

Thats the way i look at it also if you have a few hundred subs on a revshare you are doing good with that sponsor and if retention is there you can get 5 or 6 or more rebills off the surefer. |
depends on the site, I think I use 70% PPS and 30% revshare
if the site is a good retainer revshare is better :thumbsup |
i push both pretty steady and overall revshare makes more money. Shit I havent sent oxcash a fresh click in over a year and i still get rebill checks like clockwork

That's a very interesting question, and there are a lot of interesting viewpoints in this thread.
Personally, I go for the strong PPS sponsors over the revshares in most cases. I was burned pretty badly when busty-amateurs closed shop, and burned a few times since when a processor/sponsor went bust. In today's processing climate, I would rather take the sure money than risk losing rebills down the line (kind of like taking an early lottery payout at a reduced $) My statsremote seems to indicate that for my personal traffic & choices, the PPS gives me a much better return that revshare overall. That being said, my best sponsor seems to be a revshare that only pays me $6.23 per sale/rebill, but the rebills go on forever. And in a related note, I am still getting rebills on premium avs sales that I made years ago (a few hundred dollars per sale in those cases). But overall, I agree that you need to make the decision on a site by site basis. :2 cents: |
