Are all of the images sexually erotic or could they be used for sexual stimulation. You can have a fully clothed child from head to toe and it be considered child pornography if it is meant to entice or gratify a sexual feeling or if the model is in sexually suggestive poses. Helmy's is not the internet police, all they do is forward the sites to the US Customs department who is actually in CHARGE of dealing with internet crimes, and when they find one they call the FBI to make an arrest. A little known fact everyone thinks that the FBI is in charge of computer crime, well they arent, the internet crosses national borders, hence it is the customs department. Good luck though, if it was me, Id just call rack shack and show them the site and make them look at it while I had them on the phone. |

Has anyone actually gone inside? I've just written an email to rackshack about this site. Would be good if some more webmasters could contact them for an official statement, maybe they take it down when they feel the heat.
