Shemp is the one who chose to link to the scam site. So if Oracle bringing it up for discussion has caused Shemp harm, then Shemp screwed Shemp.

In this business what we do is closely watched by other webmasters and if you do something that may be deemed immoral by some, then you've got to believe there's a good chance it'll end up on these boards. Especially if you are big.

In this case Shemp did it right at the top of his flagship site, so it's not like he was trying to hide it like others here are. Who cares if it was brought up by Oracle? People would have seen it anyway.

They don't support defrauding customers. They just really, really like the taste of Shemp's asshole and are afraid that if they say anything bad about him, he won't allow them to lick it anymore.
