Now lets see here, wasn't the concorde a joint effort between the French and the Brits? I think the French built most of it and the Brits provided the engines. Didn't one crash in 2000 ? Hmm..from what I understand the plane isnt even flying anymore. But way to take credit for a joint effort between you and another country. GJ!

Not meaning to bash anyone, but the "first person" to pioneer flight isn't really known because flight was developing in different parts of the world at around the same time.

During a routine emergency run for firetrucks, etc.. a wrench or something was forgotten on the runway. Fluke accident, the planes wheel went over it, through it up and hit the wing's fuel tank.
