2 car driveway ...standard sized... some douche visiting neighbor parks and his tail end is blocking 1/2 of one slot of the driveway...

2. Call for a tow-truck.

when i tried this cops and tower needed proof i owned the building/driveway being obstructed.

If I didn't want to go out, or I could go out without inconveniencing myself or risking damage to my car, I would let it go but mention it to my neighbour next time I saw him.

If it prevented me leaving, or left me with only a couple inches of safety space, I would honk my horn a few times, and then if nobody came I would go and knock the door of the place that I thought the car was visiting.

Depends, If I'm cool with the neighbor and I can still get out no biggie. If I can't get out knock on the door and say tell your dumb fuck friend to learn how to park or I'll smash his shit, Merry XMAS :thumbsup

happened once, called in 2 friends, 1 bumper fucked him inches from the rear, and I pulled my truck 1/3 out of the driveway in front of him as if I was really trying to get out and couldnt, totally impossible to wiggle out. And we all hit the bar for the night in the 3rd car.

3 am we free'd him and that car was still there for another 12+ hours. Hope the cunt walked home and back.

If its not an all the time sort of thing, I'd just go speak to them like a reasonable, rational person. If it WAS an all the time thing, well.... thats a little different.

Just got back in from clearing the snow outta the driveway.

Which gave me a new solution to JDL's question.
