Interested in investing into mainstream and adult sites with interesting conception.
You provide an idea you'd like to make real, i provide financing, crew and promotion. You manage every aspect of it. It's 50/50 partnership, may vary based on project's scale and money demands. Interested in sites which can gather and grow audience. Monetization is not the top priority. Looking for some fresh thinking.

Not interested:
- another affiliate program, paysite, webcam with current business model;
- social networks clons;
- standard tubes, blog networks, etc.
- filesharings.

That's a pretty fair proposal, I even think you're too generous... 50% for an idea is overpaid. But to keep the partner happy and motivated that's the way to go.

Is there a minimum and/or maximum figure that you are willing to invest? I've done my homework and already have the projected costs for a few things.

I don't know MrDeiz but I find his offer very fair. Now if you have an idea and are interested in pitching him it, the only thing you have to do is to ask him to email you, then arrange a meeting.

In that meeting, you need to figure out if you want him as a partner and if he wants you too. A partnership need to be win-win otherwise it's gonna crash no matter what. It also need to be a completion of you, and you need to be the completion of him, unless you're only looking for an ATM. And if he's honest, he will not have a problem signing an NDA.

Yes, i sign NC/NDA once i hear the idea in general first and get interested in developing it. I'm not interested in ideas, i have millions of ones on my own. I'm looking for a partner who can do his job while i'm doing mine. That easy.

My only initial question beforehand would be what country/state are you in and are you available to travel should meetings be necessary in the future?

I'm located in Eastern Europe, but visiting some Central European countries time after time.
We can meet once there will be a need for that, but i guess somewhere in Europe. I'm planning to visit European shows at 2013

P.s. For GFY newcommers. I'm answering some questions in specific way because I know what kind of person is asking that. I'm open for business and prefer long term in almost everything and I do what i say - it's very important for me. I work with people for a long time. If you have got anything specific to ask - you better shot me an email, rather than feed GFY trolls which will try to play on that.

Why so serious? I was under the impression this was a serious business thread. Like I said, I've done my homework and am well beyond the bullshit "business plan" stage that most people can't seem to get past. I have wheels in motion for both adult and mainstream. A partnership like what you described would be a good fit to expedite things but not essential to me.

There are plenty of people around here who can vouch for me if need be.

I asked some very simple and straight forward questions. Your answers reflect the kind of attitude that I prefer to avoid. No amount of funding is worth dealing with an arrogant business partner.

Did you start a thread that says got an idea? Then you say you are not interested in ideas? You will sign NDA after you hear the idea and you have interest? I think there may be a language barrier going on. Maybe you are looking for an ongoing successful concern that needs a partner (cash) to grow?

If I was looking for new ideas, I would be nicer about it and signing a NDA is not a big deal for you and it makes the person with the idea feel secure.

BTW, 50% is extremely too high. Regular angel investors (what you're trying to do) typically only request from 5% to 25%...depending on the amount invested.

The people I've done the most with I didn't meet until years into our relationship. Hell I had never heard their voice until I met them in person. With Skype why are in person meetings even necessary?

Serious question, why won't you sign an NDA/NC before hearing the ideas? Even if it's something as dumb as cloning Facebook, it reassures the idea man that you're serious and aren't just trying to screw him out of his idea. It doesn't hurt you if you don't like the ideas...

By refusing to sign one is a red flag big time. Doesn't matter if it's from a user on GFY or Angel.co. Anybody who's serious will want these documents signed, whether you like it or not.
