I work at a venture capital place with 40+ startup companies and see business plans and watch pitches every week.
We generally don't sign NDA's either. |

How about a dating site where people learn how to pick up chicks and apply it to our female members?
We could call it something like... YeahSignals.com ? |
Here's an idea: https://gfy.com/showthread.php?t=1078815

Sounds like a good deal but... would you agree for:
1. A project stays 100% mine. 2. You get 100% return of invested money and 50% profits but only for certain period of time like for example 2 years. Then it get back fully to me and I got 100% profits. I mean you would get much more than you invest but then it get back to me. I've got a few ideas but I would never let someone take over them or get half for life time I would rather wait till I gather the right money myself. However, I could agree for 50/50 for certain time period... |
send me an email. it's discussable
|
I just shot you an email today, let me know.

What are your low and high investment amounts?

for you coding service is $xx,xxx/m for me it's low $x,xxx with superb quality the same with design, hosting solutions, traffic and other stuff. i really hate those people which ask all kinds of stupid questions pretending they give a thing, but in most cases they will bring some some poor bs in exchange. show what you've got first - the budget is not even the second question. it's the idea, effort and honesty what really matters |

I have projects that could use as little as 250k and another that could use 20 million. Based on your bullshit responses and the fact that you were recently trying to unload your sites for 200k I'm going to come to the conclusion that you're a complete tool with a small pocket book and that anybody who is considering contacting you should just set themselves on fire right now. Am I wrong about your status? I don't really care. I'm clearly right about suggesting people avoid doing any sort of business with you. |
you are not the kind of person i'd like to have business done
we use different approaches, mentality, etc. i assume that my word means more than your paper. it still makes me wonder where are you going to pull 2M online LOL every project for customers market should start from the grounds and then grow into something great. i'm not looking for investments like money investment, but into developing new ideas, working with people which share your values, etc. i have obtained some pretty good environment to make some web-ideas real, that's it. and regarding that site. i've been offered almost what i've been requested, but then some new ideas came in and we are going to develop that network of sites with some brand new stuff and i'm going to put it up on sale with some higher price tag in another year or so. it's making 12k/m nowe and still growing month to month with the same 15-20% what's your business or sites again? |

Am I supposed to be shocked that you don't like me now? I don't recall offering my business information in the first place. Quite frankly, it's none of your business. I guarantee that that more heavy hitters around here would vouch for me than you but I'm not interested in having an online big dick contest. This is just one more thing that shows your head is in the wrong place. I'm done with you and your scamming thread. |
Looks like he killed this thread pretty fast. Mostly by bashing down the people who were serious about him.

Why would anyone agree to an NDA if they don't even have a hint of what it is? What if it is something that they are already working on or already know about? You're going to claim that you have the right to their work now and that they stole it? |

In the case that you sign an NDA for an idea that you've already been working on, obviously you'll have things in place that show the idea was already started before you even signed the NDA, thus covering your ass. Everyone says NDA/Non-Compete's are worthless, but I bet the Winklevoss twins thought the same thing before Zuckerberg released the first Facebook. |
it sounds like you are looking for a partnership, nothing wrong with that, but if that's the case you should make that more clear...
if you are looking to "invest", then you should make it clear what kind of ballpark budget you are working with... :2 cents::2 cents: |
Happy New Year everyone ;)
