I am working on a script like yours because everyone else and i wanted to join in on the fun. After talking with someone and banging off ideas we came up with some good solutions on how to rank traffic and such.

I got about 18,000 images which amounts to about 900 or so galleries, each one containing about 20 pictures. The total amount of galleries i would have would be 900 X Y where Y is the amount of templates i have.


I have the underlying work completed, like tracking unique hits, clicks, a totally new concept on ranking 'productivity'. I just want to run some stuff by you to see what you think!

Many guys like you are buying gallery traffic from me to get their stuff jumpstarted. I can sell you traffic to your galleries using my headers and footers for $250 per 1 million hits. If you are going to be paying TGP's cash to link your galleries, this is a great deal since I already have the infrastructure set up so you don't have to worry about getting tgps to send to your galleries. But honestly man 18k pics is not enough for a full program. I have over 80k I bought plus another 150k sponsor provided pics. You need a HUGE database of galleries to make this work.

I welcome competition. Guys considering making a program like man can buy this reduced price gallery spot traffic from me to test the waters so to speak. Jumping into a project this big without first doing research and testing is not very smart. They can find out real fast if their galleries will turn a profit or not, without investing in a system, since I already have one in place.

Bottomline for me is that if TGP's have more than one system on their sites, while they will send less to my galleries, the quality of their traffic to my galleries gets better. So it's a win-win situation for everyone including me.

I'll have to look into the sponsor galleries once i get the base of the system up. i dont mind the databasing of the galleries as it us mostly going to be a dynamically served gallery with a category 'theme' as the gallery design.

The ranking/productivity system is more along the lines of what i am getting at. the entire ranking system isnt based off any % of anything at all. It is quite a unique way to look at how good a site is overall.

I dont think i will be paying out for the traffic but what i would be doing is sending it back to them, or allowing them to bank hits until they're ready to use them.

I think there is room for more than one model in this arena -- Choker pays with traffic, other people pay with cash... should work well for everyone concerned.

It isnt about you, but i highly doubt you've done anything i couldnt do (on a scripting level) anyways. The internet is a wonderful place of Open Source code, resources, examples, and the best part of it all is that people are willing to learn.

With enough time and resources anything is possible my friend.. just remember that.

1) Why would i have information related to a company who i worked for a few years ago? i do not have anything related to python, their sister companies, their partners who work in the same building or anyone else, however that doesnt mean there is nothing to find out on your own.

2) if i could provide proof what reason do you have to believe the proof i provide? It isnt hard to create any type of 'proof' you require, however, it isnt trust-worthy or even comes close if it is produced by one of the parties involved.

3) if the proof is found out on the internet, in forums, or anything else which isnt controlled by me or by parties involved, wouldnt that make the truth a little easier to swallow?

4) There are always 3 sides to the story. One is mine, two is yours and the thrid is the actual truth.
