When importing from hosted galleries it does the thumbnails automaticly, but v1.1 you will be able to bypass this and upload an unedited thumbnail (jpg or gif).

Does it allow uploads?

Can you explain the business model to me a little better?

I'm not sure how a general tube of this nature can compete with general tubes offering 30 minute clips and user-generated content.

Do your buyers create micro-niche tubes? Do they integrate them into existing communities to create a second level of sell? Do they grow and run them like an mgp?

How do I profit with one of these?

Huggles, no. there is no user uploads. However the admin can upload flv videos.

Kristian, Imagine the tube sites the same as a mgp except the videos play on your website instead of a hosted gallery page.

You can't compete with illegal tube sites. There is no money in giving away free 30 minute movies. That why most of the big illegal sites like youporn and redtube are trying to sell. You can make good coin with a sponsors approved legal tube site (SALTS).

Some of my clients have gone niche but lots just do everything. Niche will make more coin in my opinion.

How do you profite? Well thats up to you and your marketing skills. I just provide the tools. :D

Edit : If I did it I think I'd have to choose the most microniche sponsors I could find. Offer extremely hard to find content.

Yes, you need to pick a niche that is not "general porn" and then make sure their is enough videos for it. I know one client who picked this 1 fetish but there was only 2 sponsors with 400 videos for it. He changed the license and went with something like asian or tranny. Not sure which one now.

Famous, im just waiting for my voice to come back. I've got the flu at the moment and it's very hard to work (think) and do video tutorials to explaine the new functions. So one it's back and I feel better it should be 1 week after that. So pretty soon, hopfully 2 weeks.

Seems like a good script. Can the flash player be customised? For example a new player skin?

- The entire admin has been redesign + new dropdown menus for quick easy access to anywhere in the admin
- Mass edit/delete sponsors and adverts
- Mass edit videos
- Option not to crop the thumbnail and backup original link to thumbnail
- 2 more mass import video options (the main one is 3 times faster)
- Direct import of videos (as requested)
- TGP page has it's own system now
- New flash player
- Better search engine friendly urls
- Friends links
- Page option now has an editor
- Channels have been reworked and mass edit/delete
- Comment system has been reworked for easyer approval
- New stats system to show searched words
- Mass import sponsors sites
- This is a awesome feature and I love it. All you do is pick a sponsor and it displays all the sites under that sponsor. By clicking the ones you want you can import them directly into your sponsors database + 2257 link included.

Basicly, we've done all the hard work to make it easyer and quicker to update your tube sites -- even to the point v1.1 will come with 3 optional designs for you to pick from.
