You can transfer the license to a new account - the fee is $30 per license.
If your changing the domain name we can do that at no cost as long as its removed from the old domain within 1 day.

Resell, no there is no resell license.

Sure, that new client would need a registered account at BigDotMedia.com.
The you can transfer it to his site. That person would then agree to the license agreement etc etc.
