it's already boiled so I just slice it up, throw it on the flat grill with a piece of butter, add a bit of slat, open a beer -> yummy!

Probably the strangest thing I ever tried (along these lines) which was actually amazingly good, was pickled pork tongue.

Please! Cow tongue is one less known jewels of Jewish cooking and let's keep it under wraps. If goyims discover the taste of the cow tongue, the prices will skyrocket.

the tongue is not bad if prepared right. i would be more worried about the other pieces and parts in a beef hotdog.

It is very tasty pickled. Hmmm I like all types of crazy guts liver, kidneys, chitterlings, sweet bread, blood sausage, etc. They are typical for any bbq here. Yummi! Man, you made me hungry!
