I'm going pay $1,000 to whomever gives me the best advice on how to improve our NEW HD sites hosted galleries.
This contenst will run until Friday December 8th at Noon PST, and the winner will be chosen by our sales team and announced before 5pm PST on Friday. The idea of this contest came about when I was reading some comments made in a previous thread which I would like to address. For those of you looking for new galleries for the old sites. They are coming in as well. We will also be releasing new episodes and galleries to go with them for each of our reality sites in the coming weeks. Dream Kelly who has been one of the more successfull solo girl sites will also be getting lots of updates in the coming weeks. I am definitely taking your comments to our guys that build our galleries. So please tell me what you think and what you would like to see changed or things you think would help improve what we have to offer. These new HD sites are all paying $50 per join and are converting great! The HD sites are doing so well that I feel confident paying $50 per join on $1.85 trials. When joining an HD site your members will get access to all of our HD sites, Reality sites, most of our Solo girl sites, and our niche sites. Please LMK what you think on the galleries. One thing right off the bat at 1024 I'm having to scroll left to tight - maybe tighen up a few pixels.
The vid gals could use better thumbs for the preview sites - The better quality the more sticky they will be. |

Unreal.. Ok, about the galls.... The new sites and gals look hot man.. Really well done.. Been waiting for this!! Im sure it will rock as all your stuff does.. Ok, lets fine tune this.. How to make them better.. First target your market.. Who is your market with FHG's??? Well its people like me... SO before people give suggestions, realize if anyone knows about this shit its me.. The pic galls are fine.. Great... But the Movie hosted galls could improve.. The clips rock!! The design of the galls rock!! The site rocks!! With that said you have just about everything taken care of.. What is needed are sharper and better thumb pics on the gallery.... The actual thumb the surfer clicks on to see the movie clip... #1.. If ts a high def site, select and choose a very rich thumb to present it with.. #2 this is very important for promo reasons.. Why?? Take a look at some of my sites.. www.socalmovies.com www.jasara.com as an example.. Notice the thumbs.. How sharp and Vibrant they are.. Now these thumbs are simply croped and ripped from the FHG... If the gallerey didndt start with such a sharp and rich image to being with on the fhg side it wouldnt be up on my sites for very long.. Most TGPs, mine included record clicks to the thumb.. Ranking them in order of productivity.. If the surfers click a thumb on my site often, the longer it stays up on my site. The higher its positon on my site.. If the surfers dont click a gallery on my site, or the click count is lower than others, my site will lower its rank and eventually remove the gall from the database.. Now the key here is the thumbs you have on your FHG.. Not just to represent your product to the surfer, but to get clicks off sites like mine to go to your fhg.. And the only way to do that is to have better looking thumbs than the next company... The quality and selection of the thumbs you use on your FHG's are key..... Brigher, clearer, and closer up pics rather than pics from afar.. Take a look at some of the larger thumb sites mgps out there and take a look at the thumbs.. Fix the thumbs with future Movie hosted galls and we are talking perfection!! The galls look hot already! Really well done.. But for me, and sites like mine, we can convert them even better with better thumbs.. Hope this helps. |

1. Thumbs should be MUCH sharper for HDV, AND with no logo or any other text.
2. The thumbs could also be larger. You are advertising big HDV clips so why to use under-average size of thumbs??? 3. The gallery does not fit 1024x768 screens. (its wider) 4. The graphic texts are also sometimes not that sharp. 5. The first row of movies should contain at least 2 movies. I mean this gallery here: http://www.galleryhost.com/332156/1/...couch._497200/ . Either i would use the basic model (2+2 videos on 2 rows) or the one with better CTR (2+1+1 videos on 3 rows). Thats enough to should enough place for advertising IMHO. more to follow hopefully ;) Btw. keep up the great work with your HD sites. This market needs this. |
Another example to my suggestion above.

But day in and day out, the better clearer more "High Def" looking thumb is going to get 60% more traffic to it than the lower def thumb.. And it will have much less time up on a site like mine becasue the ranking system will start to move the gall off the site as it becomes less a favorite with the surfers.. How do you make the thumbs better?? It comes down to selecting images better.. Cropping them and focusing in closer.. Use programs like Image Magick to sharpen the images.. PerfectGonzo is a master of the Image Magick artform... If you like hit me up sometime.. Ill show you which sites convert best click wise in terms of thumbs.. Its a pretty simple issue really, but sooooo sooooo many programs simply overlook this simple issue. IT amazes me. |

6. The more i look at it, the more i think that those thumbs just kill the nice work done. The graphics all around is really perfect. When you add crappy thumbs, the worse the movies look. If you had a bad quality design and perfect thumbs, nobody would manage to close the gallery before checking the vids. The thumbs should have better quality than the graphics, maybe even for the price of making the graphics look worse. You have to make the customer believe that the movies are the best they ever saw ;). I do this using amateur-look gallery which is made mainly with texts but that really works!

couple things. First off having to scroll around the page is no good. tighten up the page so you dont have to scroll to the left. also, try putting the thumbnails in a 4x4 format because putting a whole line of thumbnails in the bottom drains out the instanst access sign. also the instant access signs dont really grab my attenttion. At the busty solos gallery i dont even see where you can join. The photoshop text in the teenager whores gallery is too small. i cant even see what it says after "exclusive high res pics". Tell more about what the customer will get once they get instant access. 1000's of exlusive pics isnt very inticing to me. One of the things that stands out most is just getting your Join signs to stand out more. It seems in all of them its tough for me to find the join sign if im "not looking for it"(pretending to be a surfer). and just remember to intice them with all the stuff they can get when they join. goodluck

7. BE SURE you never have a broken link on a gallery! Or a broken link somewhere else which leads to a gallery. Otherwise no one will ever see it. Still not getting it? See your link for TeenageWhores video gallery in this thread ;)

8. It might be harder to do on such a gallery but i always let the link do some action when you mouse over it. Changing colors of the font or the background, or changing the size. Something which grabs attention as well. Especially when the links are using only certain areas of the graphics.

This one is way to confusing imo. Lots of hardly readable fonts and no clear direction for the surfer where to go. Besides that the scrolling would make me not use it. You can target the 1024 resolution sure but now its just a few pixels to big for 1024 |

Here's what I noticed. Some of the galleries it's a little difficult to find the link to the paysite. Some are linked all over, some are not. You might want to consider linking all the graphics to the paysite link since they're hosted galleries. Also thumbnails could be more crisp because the designs are great looking but the thumbs are blurry like regular video clips. The phrase you're using "Get Instant Access" could pull more clicks if you said "See more videos here!"

Basicaly all galleries I see here are way to graphical for my taste. Too confusing.
Golden rule is KISS (keep it stupid simple) works most of the times. You don't have to come up with ugly galleries, just make 'm easier on the eye. Right now I have no idea where to go as its confusing me. The background image looks awesome but in this case its not doing the gallery any good clicktr wise. Simple blue underlined text links tellng the surfer where to click still work best imo. |
one thing that would improve things would be: If all galleries work. I tried to use the FHG builder and i ended up with a number of galleries where the movies where missing from the zip archive..
This thread might be about the FHG's and not your interface, but let me just tell you this, there are so many bad things going on with the interface it's not even fun. I'm actually surprised you are still in biz, i thought everyone stopped promoting you years ago. constantly getting ignored and bounced around by your account rep's don't really improve things either. |

Really looking at the galls now in and out, i like em.. The graphics on em are really rich, and the colors look great..
Well designed and use of color templates... Just Add the Rich thumbs and you got some nice fucking galls dude.. Also on the paysite itself, nice use of colors.... Any chance though of having a seprate template, one with more movie samples on it? I know for a fact my traffic converts sites that have movie trailers in the tour better than not.. Back when I was king of email spam (did i just say that?) non trailer sites converted better.. But now that im more legit and MGP oriented, ive found paysite tours with trailers and latest shoots always do better for me.. But thats not the topic this thread is about.. Just something I noticed is all.. |

As a silvercash affiliate for many years & as a TGP submitter, i've noticed a few things i'd like to see improved with the new hd fhg's
1). There is no text that stands out in any of the FHG's that will make a surfer want to click through to the paysite. 2). The galleries seem to be heavy with graphics. This can take eyes away from the content and/or a link or graphic leading to the paysite. 3). The content needs to be glossier. It's gotta "pop" and stand out so it will get more clicks, thus getting higher rankings on most auto-rank tgp scripts, which will inturn get more ALOT traffic to the galleries. Hope this helps :) |

9a) You know most people will download HD clips to computer and play it offline then. But your site is focused on streaming mainly with a really very small link for download. Ok, still fine but in same cases those links are impossible to use sometimes. Just login there, click the first episode. New windows appears with the movie loading. In first 1-2 seconds you have a chance to see that under the movie, there are links to downloads or to change quality. Once the movie starts loading, the links are kicked down. Thanks to you were opening the movie in new window and thanks to you were not allowing scrollbars for that window, those links are only accessible when you futher play with the window itself (of course its easy but not for everyone, right?). When you are already playing with that new window, shutting down the scrollbars, why not to set exact size of the window so something like that cannot happen? Should be easy. Or put those download links in the upper parts. Well that will not solve that problem as now the movie would not be readable this way. 9b) Another small thing which is not either error. Its more like getting the customer into strange loop of clicking which leads no where. The issue is that you are covering so many sites with one password so you have to make sure customer will understand where to find what he wantas. Say customer joins HD lesbian site. He logs in. He gets 3 HD clips shown in the MAIN site. Now he surely wants to see more lesbian HD and only after that he want to see other HD sites. So, he will look for the top left menu. And i can bet with you that like 50% of people will click "latest updates" where he expects the list of other LESBIAN series. Oh well, that is not right. He gets into a big mix of HD movies. Surely he will look for the lesbian only ones. He will get through those 3 ones which were in the MAIN already and then he sees the four latest lesbian movie. Cool, he clicks it but oops, he is again in the MAIN of lesbian paysite :) . His brain cannot work because his dick is taking control of his hands. I bet he will try to whole process again a few times until he finds out whats happening and finally chooses the right link in the menu. I would definitelly more the listing of all lesbian movies to the top and link to other HD sites a bit lower, that would make sense, yeah and i would rename the "latest update" to something else. Now i really think there will be some people to argue about this one LOOOL 9c) Hmm, the last one, AGAIN, the membersarea does not fit 1024x768 by a few pixels. |

Take a close look at the python gallerys, now they know how to put up a good HD gallery. Galleries like this are attrackting webmasters not surfers imo.
