Yet another person who has missed the whole point of that movie/interview. Why does everyone confuse what this guy is trying to do with getting out of paying your income tax???

He is trying to shut down the Federal Reserve, not teach you how to get out paying your taxes.

I have never missed a year and file my taxes all the time

I have a friend who "was" a HARDCORE "I don't pay taxes and they can't make me" person, until the IRS letter arrived, then the letter from the state of California arrived, and after it was all said and done, he owed quite a few pennies to "the man"

It's and important topic. And as I said, not directly for me, because I'm a 'foreigner'.

I file a return. I have never paid taxes for as long as I have been on this earth. Any monies paid in were refunded. You know, I spend ALOT of money entertaining clients and taking business trips. :-)

The federal reserve is illegal, and income taxes are also illegal.

The courts have consistently ruled that the argument that Section 861 excludes income of U.S. citizens and resident aliens from taxation is without legal merit in cases such as Aiello v. Commissioner; Williams v. Commissioner; and United States v. Bell.

are you sure that's the same guy that made the documentary?

The only Larken Rose currently being locked up by the feds according to the BOP... and his release date is 1/07, so everything seems to match up. If not, oh well, whats a stamp?
